Senior Commercial Pricing & Policy Specialist - LATAM

About the role

Play a key regional role within Philips’ Personal Health business, strengthening pricing and commercial decision‑making across Latin America. You will turn pricing insights into recommendations that support profitable growth and align with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze price variances, margins and pricing trends to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that improve revenue and profitability.
• Partner closely with Sales as the internal pricing expert, evaluating and validating pricing for commercial opportunities.
• Support pricing decisions for Argentina and Chile and provide guidance for Uruguay, Peru, Bolivia and Paraguay through distributor channels.
• Implement and maintain advanced pricing tools, track critical pricing indicators and link pricing strategies to business metrics such as NPS and market share.
• Strengthen pricing and commercial policy processes by bringing structure, analytical thinking and business perspective, coordinating information with regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Strategy, Auditing, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR vocational education with at least 4 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial, finance or strategic management.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a commercial mindset.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and process‑minded with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Intermediate level of English and comfort working in a regional, cross‑functional environment.
