Executive Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

Paired is seeking a highly capable Executive Operations Manager to act as the founder’s right‑hand for a US‑based client. This remote position will turn strategic ideas into concrete deliverables across creative and marketing projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level concepts into organized action plans and deliverables.
• Coordinate the production of ad creatives, landing pages, marketing assets, and content.
• Manage day‑to‑day communication with freelancers, creators, contractors, and agencies.
• Track timelines, priorities, deadlines, and progress across multiple initiatives.
• Provide clear feedback from the founder to execution teams.
• Hold team members and external partners accountable for deliverables.
• Anticipate problems, identify gaps, and proactively resolve operational issues.
• Organize workflows, documentation, and communication systems to reduce the founder’s workload.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project management, operations, executive assistance, or creative operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing, creative production, content, and design workflows.
• Highly organized with excellent task‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, people‑management and assertiveness.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
