End User Support Specialist (Hybrid) – Greater Buenos Aires

About the role

We are seeking an End User Support Specialist to provide IT support for a multinational client located in the North Zone of Greater Buenos Aires. The position is hybrid, combining on‑site work three days a week with remote support. You will start with hardware and software assistance and gradually expand to business applications, infrastructure, and ticket management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level IT support to end users, including executives and senior managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain user PCs and peripherals.
• Support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments, including Office 365 applications.
• Create, track, and follow up on support tickets.
• Progressively acquire knowledge of the client’s business applications and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of proven end‑user support experience.
• Strong experience with Windows environments, especially Windows 11.
• Advanced intermediate English (written and spoken).
