beCreatives is looking for a motivated DM Sales Representative to expand its client base through proactive outreach on Instagram. This remote, LATAM‑focused position involves initiating and nurturing conversations with potential customers, driving engagement, and converting leads into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via Instagram direct messages, build rapport, and start sales conversations.
• Engage, follow up, and respond professionally to inquiries and prospects.
• Capture and qualify interest, guide leads toward next steps, and support conversion.
• Track outreach, follow‑ups, and results using internal tools or a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in outbound DM selling or social media sales, especially on Instagram.
• Ability to engage new prospects, handle follow‑ups, and nurture interest toward conversion.
• Self‑motivated, organized, goal‑oriented, with a desire to learn and grow.
