Deployment Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

ExxonMobil is looking for a Deployment Planner to join its Supply Chain team supporting the US, Mexico and Canada Lubes Organization. The role ensures the right product reaches the right customer at the right time while optimizing costs and inventory across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deployment and import lanes, coordinating product movements from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
• Monitor planning systems to balance supply and demand, respecting plant constraints.
• Develop and execute network inventory build, run‑down, and product change‑over plans.
• Review metrics in planning tools to improve overall supply‑chain effectiveness.
• Handle customs clearance requests and maintain relationships with import brokers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in logistics or import planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
