About the role
graph8 is looking for a results‑driven Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a book of named customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Drive product adoption that generates clear expansion signals.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to showcase value and uncover growth opportunities.
- Identify, negotiate and close upsell and cross‑sell deals.
- Oversee renewals, protect net revenue retention and mitigate churn risk.
Required profile
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer success or account management.
- Proven track record of delivering expansion, upsell and NRR growth.
- Comfortable conducting commercial conversations with customers.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong relationship‑building and discovery skills.
- Coachability and a competitive mindset.
