Creative Video Editor (Remote)

About the role

Winona is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce eye‑catching videos that boost engagement across its social media channels. You will edit and deliver high‑quality content that aligns with the brand and resonates with audiences on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Edit a variety of video assets, including user‑generated content, explainer videos and short‑form clips (15‑60 seconds).
• Apply consistent branding while allowing creative flexibility.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, marketers and other team members to bring creative visions to life.
• Stay current with video‑editing trends, best practices and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video‑editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of the full post‑production process, including offline/online editing, motion design, sound design and colour correction/grading.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of handling several projects at once.
• Access to a personal computer with a stable internet connection and ability to work full‑time with flexible hours.
