Creative Director (Hands‑on, Remote)

About the role

We are a US‑based investment firm operating two brands – a real‑estate investment fund and a family‑focused coaching and publishing brand. We are looking for a hands‑on Creative Director to own and deliver all creative work across both brands, acting as the operational spine of the department.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for both brand principals, managing scripts, decks, timelines, and updates.
• Lead end‑to‑end creative projects: set strategy, write briefs, assemble and disband project pods.
• Produce and commission design and copy assets such as PDFs, brochures, postcards, and website/landing‑page edits.
• Plan and run webinars and group launches using Zoom and Calendly, driving attendance.
• Maintain quality control on all deliverables, ensuring error‑free, on‑brand output.
• Own the CRM, monitor lead quality, and oversee reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional comfortable acting as second‑in‑command to the EVP.
• Proactive communicator who anticipates stakeholder needs.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on flawless execution.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position with flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑5 pm CST).
• Competitive monthly compensation of USD 4,000‑4,500.
