About the role
The Company, a global engineering technology leader, is expanding its presence in Argentina and seeks a Country Manager to drive business development for advanced soil stabilization and reinforcement solutions. The role combines technical insight with commercial acumen, requiring frequent field work and direct interaction with clients, partners, and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development and sales activities across Argentina, identifying new opportunities and managing long‑cycle sales for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, representing the Company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Support market expansion, particularly in the railway sector and other industrial or private projects.
- Maintain a strong field presence with regular travel to project sites while coordinating with headquarters and global teams.
- Act as a central liaison between commercial, technical, and operational stakeholders, providing market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership.
Required profile
- Engineering background (civil, infrastructure or related discipline).
- 3‑5 years of experience in railway construction, ports, airports or industrial projects.
- Proven capability and strong interest in business development and sales.
- Experience handling long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of independence, ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work extensively in the field.
