Virtual Assistant - Sales

About the role

We Clone You is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant specialized in sales to support our client’s growth. Working remotely, you will engage with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and text.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support closing activities and track follow‑up actions.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, and high‑ticket transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls and communicating persuasively.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
