Content Project Manager

About the role

As a Content Project Manager you will lead the delivery of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives, overseeing end‑to‑end execution and ensuring projects meet quality, timeline and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and status reporting.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls and financial monitoring.
• Coordinate vendor payments and assist in proposal creation.
• Identify, document and mitigate risks via a formal risk register.
• Facilitate decision‑making, change control and stakeholder alignment.
• Allocate resources and cast optimal team composition across functions.
• Serve as primary client and senior leadership point of contact, delivering executive‑level reporting.
• Enforce project governance, documentation standards and delivery quality practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of project management experience in technology or software environments, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive‑facing communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with ability to design hybrid delivery models.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet and Monday.com.
• Experience in budget management, cost control and financial monitoring.
