Consultant – R&D Advisory

About the role

You will join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, helping life‑science R&D organizations become more efficient across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. The role supports clients during periods of change driven by new operating models, strategies, processes or technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand business goals, processes and expectations.
• Develop customer proposals that outline needs, objectives, approach, solution and commercial construct.
• Create engagement strategies, present findings and recommendations, and conduct quality management oversight of deliverables.
• Produce content for business development and actively build networks through social media, conferences and referrals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business.
• Extensive consulting experience in life‑science, pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, or equivalent industry role.
• Experience in one or more R&D operational roles (industry or consulting).
• Proven engagement management, presentation and business development skills.
