Concierge & Events Officer (Shipboard)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Concierge & Events Officer to join our shipboard team. The role focuses on delivering premium guest experiences, especially for VIP, loyalty, group, and concierge guests, while coordinating events of 80+ attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all guests, handling VIP, loyalty, group, and concierge clientele with professionalism.
• Plan, organize, and execute group, loyalty, and concierge events, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns with empathy, maintaining a high‑standard, upscale service attitude.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and stock of the concierge lounge, loyalty spaces, and conference rooms.
• Coordinate personalized guest requests such as transportation, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, shore excursions, flower arrangements, tailoring, and babysitting.
• Uphold brand knowledge, ship information, revenue products, and guest preferences to provide tailored recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of front‑desk or receptionist experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Experience managing events with 80+ guests.
• Excellent English communication skills, clear and courteous.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and respectful in all situations.

Required skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
