Community Manager – Social Media Operations

About the role

As a Community Manager at SAMY, you will lead day‑to‑day social media operations for assigned brands in Argentina, ensuring the regional strategy is executed flawlessly. You will collaborate across teams, serve as the operational reference point, and help shape brand conversations in a fast‑moving, social‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily social media operations for assigned brands and markets.
• Implement and coordinate the regional social media strategy across markets.
• Oversee community management, ensuring communication aligns with brand identity and guidelines.
• Maintain editorial calendars, campaigns, and always‑on initiatives.
• Monitor digital communities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track performance, review KPIs and reports, and propose improvements.
• Support operational management and coordinate follow‑up with the Senior Social Media Specialist.
• Participate in client meetings and follow up on requests and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably in an agency handling multiple brands or markets.
• Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher).
• Strong coordination, communication and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience using social listening, scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate KPIs and insights into actionable improvements.
