Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture our brand communities across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage with the community across social platforms, forums, Discord, and other channels.
• Create, adapt, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand voice and campaigns.
• Monitor conversations, respond to comments and messages with clear, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Act as the voice of the community internally, gathering feedback and insights for the team.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, and production teams to support launches and campaigns.
• Moderate community spaces and enforce guidelines to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
• Track community sentiment, engagement, and growth, and report key insights.

Required profile

• Passion for the video game industry and online communities.
• Positive, proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn.
• 3–5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
