Community Manager – Argentina & Colombia

About the role

As a Community Manager reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day social media operations for assigned brands in Argentina and Colombia, ensuring regional strategy execution and high‑quality community management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily social media operations for assigned brands and markets.
• Implement and coordinate regional social media strategy across markets.
• Manage community management execution, aligning communication with brand identity.
• Ensure editorial calendar, campaigns and always‑on initiatives are properly implemented.
• Monitor digital communities to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Track performance of social media initiatives and review KPIs, reports and insights.
• Support operational management of brands and coordinate follow‑up with the Social Media Senior Specialist.
• Participate in client meetings when required and follow up on requests and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 3+ years experience in social media and community management, preferably in an agency handling multiple brands or markets.
• Advanced English (B2/C1 or higher).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of main social platforms.
• Experience with social listening, scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to turn KPIs and insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong coordination, communication and client‑facing skills.
