Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our global team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating strategic priorities into clear communication plans that drive alignment, change and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly understand organizational priorities and align communications accordingly.
• Advise VP and C‑level stakeholders on all communication matters.
• Design and execute strategic communications plans, providing consulting support to internal leaders.
• Develop and deliver change‑management and transformation communications.
• Demonstrate executive presence and influence within complex matrix environments.
• Adapt communications strategies to evolving business needs.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness, productivity and adoption.
• Maintain an outcomes‑oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Switch seamlessly between strategic advisory work and hands‑on delivery of high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead, manager or coordinator role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp organizational priorities.
• Proven experience advising VP and C‑level executives.
• Solid background in strategic communications planning and consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with change‑management and transformation communications.
• Executive presence and ability to influence in complex matrix organizations.
• Fluency in AI concepts to enhance communication strategies.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 or higher).
