Co-Founder – Sales Partner

About the role

Bunny Social is looking for a driven sales professional to join as a Co‑Founder and Sales Partner. This remote, full‑time position focuses on shaping the commercial strategy, acquiring early customers, and building the sales organization from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end outbound sales process, from strategy to execution.
• Identify, prioritize and target ideal customer segments.
• Design, launch and iterate outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, cold calling and other channels.
• Book qualified meetings, lead discovery calls and close the first wave of paying customers.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to refine positioning, pricing and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Develop repeatable outbound processes and continuously test new acquisition tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
• Comfortable engaging decision‑makers and negotiating deals.
• Fluent written and spoken English; conversational Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑directed, highly organized and able to thrive in ambiguous, early‑stage environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a company rather than just join one.
