Client Success Manager – Remote (US Business Hours)

About the role

ScaleClinics is seeking a senior Client Success Manager to own relationships with US clinic and med‑spa clients. Working fully remote on US business hours, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring clients achieve results, feel supported, and remain long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of US clinic and med‑spa clients.
• Lead onboarding, set expectations, and guide clients from day one.
• Provide weekly performance updates and clear lead reports.
• Address client questions and concerns calmly, resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate client requests with the fulfillment team to ensure delivery.
• Identify upsell, referral, and testimonial opportunities.
• Maintain client satisfaction to drive month‑over‑month renewals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English—clear, warm, and professional.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude when handling frustrated clients.
• Comfort discussing marketing results, leads, and simple reporting.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Available to work US business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
