Client Success & Campaign Manager – Remote (Gaming & Influencer Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brands in the gaming, esports and digital entertainment space. This fully remote position focuses on end‑to‑end project management, from onboarding through execution, reporting and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship after sales closure and act as the primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Plan, coordinate and execute high‑volume influencer campaigns across multiple platforms and time zones.
• Manage onboarding, briefing, content approvals, scheduling and performance tracking for creators and internal teams.
• Provide regular progress updates, performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex marketing or influencer campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• Client‑focused mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
