About the role

Statiq is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to fuel its growth by prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with potential clients. This position focuses on outbound outreach and pipeline generation for a fast‑growing creative agency serving D2C brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target companies that match Statiq’s ideal customer profile.
• Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold‑call).
• Personalize messaging to engage decision‑makers and qualify leads.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine positioning.
• Test and optimize outreach strategies to improve response rates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, ownership mindset.
• Interest in marketing, creative strategy, and e‑commerce.
