Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join SiteWorker’s remote team. You will drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging high-fit prospects in construction, energy and infrastructure, and booking qualified appointments for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone using targeted sequences.
• Source and qualify leads in construction, EPC, mechanical, electrical and industrial contracting.
• Maintain accurate activity in HubSpot CRM, ensuring no stale sequences.
• Book at least one qualified appointment per business day.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to refine messaging.
• Represent SiteWorker to C-suite and VP-level contacts.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in staffing, construction-adjacent or SaaS.
• Strong written communication; cold emails generate responses.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability that overlaps with US EST/CST business hours.
