Business Development Manager

About the role

Designity is a Creative-as-a-Service platform that connects brands with top creative and marketing experts. As a Business Development Manager you will own the full outbound pipeline, from strategy to execution, and drive new revenue by targeting mid-market and enterprise brands in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and develop relationships with target brands to generate qualified opportunities.
• Design, launch and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, partnerships and other high-potential channels.
• Craft compelling messaging, run A/B tests on sequences and targeting, and continuously optimise performance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, personalisation, workflow design and campaign execution.
• Qualify and disqualify prospects using commercial judgement and account-fit criteria.
• Monitor KPIs, track conversion rates and adjust tactics to meet quota expectations.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of business development, sales or commercial experience with a track record of self-sourced revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to own an outbound process end-to-end and deliver measurable results.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess account fit for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Comfort with testing new channels and iterating on outreach strategies.

Required skills

• Experience building and executing specialised multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools for research, personalisation and workflow automation.
• Ability to write clear, attention-grabbing messaging and conduct A/B testing.
