Billing Analyst

About the role

Owner is looking for a Billing Analyst to own end‑to‑end billing processes that power its revenue engine. The role is fully remote and supports the company’s fast‑growing restaurant and local‑business platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute billing processes across all business units, ensuring accurate subscription management and timely adjustments.
• Reconcile Stripe transactions with Salesforce and internal systems to maintain data consistency.
• Partner with Customer Service, GTM, and Product teams to align billing operations with customer experience.
• Build and document stronger billing processes, controls, and documentation to reduce errors and improve collections.

Required profile

• Experience working with billing or subscription management processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and support teams.
