Head of Controlling & Pricing – LATAM

About the role

As Head of Controlling & Pricing LATAM you will lead the financial and pricing strategy for Givaudan’s operations across the region. Reporting to the Taste & Wellbeing Division Controller, you will work closely with commercial, operational and leadership teams to drive profitable growth while ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional pricing strategy that ensures consistency and profitability.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes for the LATAM region.
• Manage monthly indicators, costing reports and variance analysis against budget, prior year and outlook.
• Provide revenue and profit analysis in partnership with Commercial, creating transparency on risks and opportunities.
• Support the regional leadership team with operational and financial information, predictive insights and business case development.
• Oversee P&L and cash‑flow metrics, collaborate with operations to improve efficiency, and enforce global controlling standards.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and support investment decisions, ensuring projects are approved and tracked.

Required profile

• Proven experience in controlling, financial planning or pricing within a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership experience managing regional finance teams or projects.
