About the role

The Sales Development Representative (internally called Patient Intake Coordinator) is the first voice a patient hears. You will manage inbound and outbound communications, verify insurance, overcome objections, and secure appointments across more than 60 clinics.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new patient leads via phone, email, and text.
Verify insurance, initiate authorizations, and document interactions in CRM/EMR systems.
Book 10‑15 vein evaluation appointments per day and maintain a conversion rate of 55%+ on qualified calls.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff to clinical care.

Required profile

Experience in medical call centers, front‑desk scheduling, or insurance‑based sales.
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
Strong resilience to rejection and a metrics‑driven work ethic.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM, EMR, and multi‑line phone systems.
Ability to navigate insurance verification and authorization processes.
