Associate Service Manager

About the role

As an Associate Service Manager at Tesla, you will be the front‑line leader of a service center, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive performance metrics and develop your team to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by monitoring service trends and improving processes.
• Lead by example, prioritize team success, and provide regular feedback and mentoring.
• Understand and improve all aspects of service center performance, including safety, efficiency, quality and technical acumen.
• Drive daily operations to meet productivity, quality, cost and revenue targets.
• Adapt to change, manage high‑pressure situations and combine analytical thinking with hands‑on problem solving.
• Advocate for customers and the team while championing Tesla’s mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior leadership experience in a service‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast‑paced, technology‑driven settings.
• Experience managing complex processes using Lean or similar methodologies.
• Valid driver’s license.
