About the role
The Associate Client Services Lead ensures clients receive maximum value from IQVIA products and services, fostering long‑term relationships and supporting day‑to‑day client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Fulfill contract specifications and ad‑hoc client requests to drive satisfaction.
- Partner with account managers to expand usage of IQVIA deliverables and identify revenue opportunities.
- Verify product deliverables meet customer specifications for timeliness and quality.
- Maintain internal communication with sales and client service teams.
- Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least four years of relevant client‑service experience.
- Broad knowledge of IQVIA products and the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and customer‑service abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
