Analytics Services Analyst (English/French)

About the role

This position supports EMEA customers from Argentina and requires a full‑time schedule aligned with European time zones, typically starting between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. ART. As part of Analytics Services within Professional Services, you will act as a reporting consultant, partnering directly with clients to translate business goals into effective reporting solutions using Avature’s reporting framework.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse reporting requirements directly with customers.
• Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using Avature’s no‑code reporting framework.
• Lead reporting projects end‑to‑end, managing tasks, timelines, scope, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide training sessions and walkthroughs to enable self‑service reporting.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies and performance concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business needs with platform capabilities.
• Document solutions and continuously improve reporting processes and documentation.

Required skills

• Experience with Avature reporting framework (no‑code reporting).
• Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards and data‑visualisation concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, filters, aggregations and reporting logic.
