Analyst, Global FP&A

About the role

R/GA is looking for a technically‑adept, detail‑obsessed Analyst to join its Global FP&A team. In this fast‑paced environment you will translate complex financial data into strategic insights that support business performance across a multinational creative agency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly forecasting process by consolidating and analyzing revenue and P&L forecasts from global offices.
• Partner with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment to global standards.
• Analyze revenue risk profile data to assess the reasonableness of forecasts.
• Compare actual results with plans and forecasts to identify drivers of performance variance.
• Maintain internal dashboards and external reports to deliver timely analysis and insights.
• Advance AI adoption to streamline workflows, reduce manual entry, and improve data integrity.
• Prepare executive‑level reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to Global FP&A and broader finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proofing abilities.
• Able to handle large volumes of detailed information and simplify complex data sets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing, high‑tempo environment.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates issues and proposes solutions.
• Self‑motivated, enjoys challenges, and works well collaboratively.
• 1‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in advertising or a service‑industry setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with integrated financial systems; NetSuite is a plus.
