About the role
Chevron's Global Business Center (GBS) in Buenos Aires, located in Puerto Madero and employing more than 1,800 people, provides solutions in Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal and Audit to the global organization. It is launching an internship program, and selected candidates will join the GBS BA HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Registration and cancellation of AFIP and social security.
- Administrative management of corporate benefits such as prepaid medicine, insurance and pension plans.
- Induction and orientation of new employees (onboarding) and offboarding activities.
- Participation in ad-hoc projects together with the other areas of the company.
Required profile
- Advanced student in Human Resources and Business Administration.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Handling of Office Package software.
The internship lasts 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months, at 20 hours per week. The location is Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
