Account Manager

About the role

RTB House is seeking an Account Manager to work with e‑commerce brands in the Cono Sur region. You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive programmatic advertising performance, and ensure long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Cooperate with e‑commerce brands in Cono Sur and manage a client portfolio independently.
• Negotiate business terms, pursue upsell opportunities, and deliver regular performance reports.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, video calls and email communications to provide premium service.
• Assist customers in launching ad campaigns, improve data, and optimize performance.
• Contribute to local and company‑wide account‑management projects.

Required profile

• Experience in account management with large clients, preferably in programmatic/retargeting.
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with very good command of Excel.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and travel 5‑15%.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
