Visual Quality Assurance Assistant

About the role

As a Visual Quality Assurance Assistant you will be the final gatekeeper for all visual assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and technical specifications before they reach the audience. You will work closely with designers, producers and developers to deliver pixel‑perfect, functional content across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Review designs, animations, and video edits for pixel‑perfect execution, consistency, copy accuracy and compliance with branding and platform specs.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to creative teams and act as the last checkpoint before public release.
• Test user interactions on multiple devices to verify visual fidelity and seamless functionality.
• Document, track and report bugs or visual inconsistencies using Jira, Confluence and Excel.
• Continuously improve QA processes and integrate them into the production workflow.
• Maintain QA documentation, spreadsheets and visual reports to identify trends and guide improvements.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of hands‑on Visual QA experience, preferably in a creative, marketing or advertising environment.
• Strong eye for design, composition and detail.
• Excellent organization, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop or comparable design tools.
• Basic working knowledge of Premiere or similar video editing software.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for documentation and reporting.
