About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance Video Editor to join a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency that serves blue‑collar and trade businesses across North America. You will craft short‑form video content that captures the gritty energy of contractors and drives organic virality on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 5‑10 high‑impact videos per day for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts while maintaining creative quality.
• Manage a high‑volume post‑production workflow and meet tight deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics (watch time, CTR, pacing) to refine hooks and editing style.
• Collaborate with a creative squad to share insights, run workshops, and elevate overall output.
• Integrate AI tools and motion‑graphics techniques to boost efficiency and visual appeal.
• Work closely with account managers and designers to deliver high‑converting assets for websites, social media, and ad campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency while authentically representing trades‑based businesses.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of professional video and photo production experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of creating viral short‑form content with a portfolio that demonstrates deep knowledge of social‑media algorithms.
• Highly analytical mindset, able to edit based on data, psychological hooks, and music trends.
• Ability to work quickly in a "work hard, play hard" culture while staying meticulously organized.
