UX/UI Designer – Digital Experiences

About the role

Netrix Global is seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to create scalable, enterprise‑grade digital experiences. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to shape user‑centered web and mobile applications, ensuring visual consistency and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on user‑centered design through needs analysis, workflow definition, and usability improvements.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design and maintain visual interfaces that follow the company design system and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and heuristic analysis.
• Work with development teams to hand off designs, review implementations, and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Document design decisions, component libraries, and workflows for multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI projects.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools.

• Responsive design, grid systems, UI componentization
• Testing and analytics tools: Maze, Hotjar, Google Analytics
