Training & Knowledge Associate – Wholesale Lending Services

About the role

The Training & Knowledge Associate supports Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) by creating and delivering learning solutions that enable new hires and existing staff to perform effectively in loan operations. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts to translate complex lending concepts into engaging training content.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and maintain onboarding, skill‑enhancement and initiative‑specific training programs.
• Produce learning objects in print, graphics, audio, video and animation formats to support online coursework.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Document detailed training materials and job‑aid resources for day‑to‑day use.
• Provide guidance and subject‑matter expertise to ensure high‑quality training solutions.
• Translate expert knowledge into effective learning solutions and coach trainees on performance.
• Participate in content reviews with stakeholders to maintain accuracy and validity.
• Collaborate on project teams that impact business results and assist managers in staff development.

Required profile

• Foundational facilitation skills using a variety of training methods.
• Excellent communication, planning, organization, time‑management and presentation abilities.
• Strong instructional design and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in loan operations, preferably syndicated lending.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently on multiple priorities.
• Technically savvy with a quick learning curve for new tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective interaction at all organizational levels and strong problem‑solving skills.
