Technical SEO Lead (Madrid)

About the role

Fever is looking for a Technical SEO Lead to own the technical health and structural integrity of its global transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and a network of white‑label sites. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams to maximise organic visibility across traditional search engines, AI‑driven search, and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large‑scale server logs and CDN performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Implement and maintain structured data, Core Web Vitals, and other technical SEO best practices.
• Ensure seamless bot accessibility and crawlability across all properties.
• Design and execute rigorous experimentation roadmaps to improve search rankings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical SEO initiatives with product and data strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical SEO initiatives for large, complex web properties.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with product, engineering and data teams.
• Hands‑on attitude and a passion for staying ahead of search engine algorithm changes.
