Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

As a Technical Recruiter at Proxify, you will be the first point of contact for developers worldwide, ensuring that only the most qualified talent joins our network. You will blend technical evaluation with strong interpersonal skills to match developers with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 25‑35 discovery calls per week with prospective developers.
• Present Proxify’s business model and value proposition.
• Assess candidates’ technical abilities, values, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate terms and guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
• Support onboarding and act as the end‑to‑end point of contact for developers.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience recruiting for technology roles (software engineering, data & analytics).
• Strong people skills, empathy, and advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Technical background or fluency sufficient to evaluate advanced engineering skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Bonus: SaaS/tech industry experience, remote‑first work style, outgoing personality.
