Technical Recruiter – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our multinational team remotely from Argentina. You will focus on sourcing and hiring IT talent for our clients across LATAM and the Middle East, working in a morning schedule (8‑9 am AR).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, CV screening and interviewing.
• Manage candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and ensure a client‑centric approach.
• Participate in onboarding, knowledge‑transfer sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Contribute to HR functions and explore new sourcing methods as you grow.

Required profile

• Based in Argentina and able to work remotely (no sponsorship).
• Intermediate to mid‑senior level experience as an IT/Tech Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Morning person, fluent English speaker.
• Organised and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing expertise beyond LinkedIn.
• Excellent English communication.
