Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Commission‑Only Referral Role

About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated individuals to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce the Flowmingo AI interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network.
• Present Flowmingo’s free and premium features and explain how they fit into existing hiring workflows.
• Facilitate introductions between prospects and the Flowmingo sales team.
• Collect and relay feedback from users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of hiring stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
