Technical Project Manager – C++ Engine & Vendor Coordination

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager based in LATAM to bridge internal engine teams and external vendor partners. You will ensure technical alignment, drive execution, and keep large‑scale game production pipelines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal C++ engine teams and external vendor developers.
• Maintain coding standards, integration practices, and technical expectations across all contributors.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and pipeline stakeholders to define scalable workflows for vendor contributions.
• Document technical processes, track dependencies, and resolve blockers that affect delivery.
• Provide builds, tools, and infrastructure updates to vendors in a timely manner.
• Monitor engine development progress, validate vendor deliverables, and safeguard build stability.
• Reduce technical debt and enforce project standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in a lead, manager, architect, or coordinator role.
• Experience leading a team of 5+ members.
• Participation in at least two full‑cycle projects or multiple phases of development.
• Proven ability to manage distributed, multi‑vendor environments.
• Strong risk‑identification and mitigation skills.
