About the role
Technical Interviewer role for Silver.dev, a talent agency connecting startups with talent in Argentina and Uruguay. You will conduct 45‑minute coding interviews and provide feedback to candidates, helping maintain a low‑volume, high‑quality candidate pipeline. The position operates on a pay‑per‑interview basis, rewarding you for each completed assessment. This role supports the agency’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship in technical screening.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 45‑minute coding interviews for senior technical positions.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates after each interview.
- Assess candidates using Coderbyte and Ashby platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a product startup or equivalent environment.
- Proven ability to pass live coding interviews at companies.
- Fluent in a popular backend language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
- Fluent in frontend development, especially React.
