Technical Customer Support (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Judge.me is expanding its support team and is looking for a Technical Customer Support specialist based in Argentina. You will help merchants using the Judge.me review app by providing installation assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance on app features.

Key responsibilities

• Assist new users with installation and onboarding of the app.
• Provide omnichannel support via chat, email, social media, and forum.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers when needed.
• Answer questions about app settings, features, and customization options.
• Improve merchants' stores by fine‑tuning settings and recommending best practices.
• Maintain a compassionate and solution‑focused attitude toward user problems.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent English (must submit CV in English).
• Willingness to learn about e‑commerce, Shopify, and the technical aspects of the app.
• Positive mindset focused on user success rather than just completing tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CSS.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
