Technical Customer Education & Community Lead

About the role

Otto is seeking a technically‑savvy communicator to lead customer education and nurture its growing community. The role blends hands‑on product work, AI workflow creation, and instructional content to help everyday users get the most out of Otto’s AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear video tutorials, product walkthroughs, technical demos and onboarding material.
• Host live onboarding calls, product demonstrations, workshops and Q&A sessions.
• Build and showcase real‑world AI workflows and automations using Otto.
• Write help‑center articles, setup guides and technical tutorials.
• Manage and moderate the Otto Discord community.
• Troubleshoot customer questions about setup, integrations, AI models, APIs and workflows.
• Collect recurring technical questions and feedback to improve onboarding.
• Test new product features before release and develop customer‑facing documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing on feature launches and education.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AI tools, large language models, agents and AI automation.
• Comfortable with products such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, OAuth and webhooks.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical products and explain them in simple language.
• Excellent written and spoken English; confident presenting on camera.
• Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack).
• Curious, organized and proactive in a fast‑moving startup environment.
