About the role
The Talent Consultant Supervising Associate will partner with a diverse team to deliver people‑driven HR services across EY Global Delivery Services. You will influence HR programs, support leaders, and help shape the talent agenda that drives business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined employee population, including performance management, compensation, and career development.
- Provide guidance and solutions on employee relations issues to business leaders.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on staffing, headcount, budgets, and compensation to identify trends and make recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of relevant HR experience with knowledge of United States labor laws.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects and influence senior leaders.
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong command of the English language (written and oral).
