Talent Attraction Recruiter - Supervising Associate

About the role

EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA2) team provides the talent needed for its clients. As a Talent Attraction Recruiter, Supervising Associate, you will own recruiting responsibilities for a specific service line and/or region, partnering with an Experienced Hire Recruiter to build a talent pipeline of contractors and full-time hires. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, the Talent Team and hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver recruiting strategies to attract contractors and experienced hires and act as a key contact for client groups and external candidates.
• Drive the sourcing strategy to build a talent pipeline and assess talent in the market.
• Use inclusive sourcing initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.
• Ensure a quality candidate experience and recommend and coordinate local and national recruiting initiatives and events.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into recruitment and use social media to promote openings.
• Act as a change agent for new technology, tools and processes, and stay up to date on talent and labour market insights.
• Use AI tools for sourcing, screening and matching, and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and organizational policies.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience; professional/financial services, corporate or agency background preferred.
• Experience attracting contractors and experienced hires and working with North American talent markets in professional services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Applicant tracking software.
• AI-driven recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to meet SLAs of 24-48 hours to deliver sourced candidate profiles.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
