Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Analyst supports the talent acquisition team by attracting, engaging and hiring top talent for the organization. The role focuses on candidate communication, management and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for US‑based roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases and other tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, applying Boolean search techniques and alternative sourcing methods.
• Partner with US recruiters to prioritize requisitions, align sourcing strategies and keep ATS data accurate.
• Monitor sourcing metrics, pipeline conversion and candidate engagement to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research or full‑cycle recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong research, analytical and organizational abilities, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
