Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and safety of our production environments. You will bridge software development and operations through automation, observability, and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and operational workflows.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to improve observability and reliability.
• Define and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) with clear reporting.
• Respond to production incidents, lead rapid service restoration, and conduct blameless post‑mortems.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve performance, scalability, and capacity planning.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil and operational risk.
• Harden production environments to enhance resilience and support safe change practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline development.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident‑response leadership in production environments.
• Project coordination skills to align reliability work with software development teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) and strong communication skills.
