Site Identification Lead – Hybrid (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Identification Lead to manage the site identification process for awarded or ongoing clinical trials in Argentina. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact and team leader for site identification activities.
• Translate protocol requirements into an ideal site profile in collaboration with sponsors and cross‑functional leads.
• Mine databases, epidemiology resources and literature to identify suitable sites.
• Develop and execute the Site Identification plan, including checklists, CDAs, cover letters and feasibility questionnaires.
• Ensure deliverables are high‑quality, on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical research site identification or feasibility.
• Ability to understand protocol requirements and propose appropriate site strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills with sponsors, project leads and medical monitors.
