Site Contracts Specialist – CRO Experience & English

About the role

The Site Contracts Specialist will manage contract processes for clinical trial sites, ensuring accurate documentation, negotiation, and compliance across multi‑country projects. This role supports the Site Start‑Up (SSU) team and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all contract management processes, coordinating protocol, consent, investigator, vendor and customer agreements at the project level.
• Lead multi‑country projects (with supervision), negotiating contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored trials.
• Produce site‑specific contracts from country templates and support budget submissions.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents and capture metadata.
• Track contract milestones in the SSU tracking system and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and clinical operations to resolve contractual and budgetary issues.
• Maintain contract templates, databases and training materials; mentor junior staff on SOPs.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience, preferably in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP and trial start‑up processes (Phases II‑IV).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
